Homestates have been established by British – Bulgarian consortium of property and business experts.

Our Managing Director Ivanka Krasteva is a Bulgarian national with many years of experience in business and enterprise gained both in Bulgaria and the UK. She personally travels to inspect the properties and meet with the developers to ensure that Homestates’ property portfolio represents an excellent value for money investment.  We have recently added new and exciting destinations such as Cape Verde, Cyprus, Egypt and Turkey, all of which offer lucrative investment opportunities.
